A refundable damage deposit is taken at the time of order.
Renters are responsible for the full price of any necessary repairs or replacement if any equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair; even in excess of the deposit. There is a checklist in your rental.
A cleaning fee up to $75 will be charged if your gear is returned unreasonably dirty, wet, moldy or with excessive fire or other odor. Including all gear but especially tents, sleeping bags, dish wear, or other items.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
No refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided for any cancellations received less than 72 hours before scheduled rentals, tours or classes for any reason.
